1. Acceptance
By downloading or using GreySpace ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
GreySpace is a local network file-transfer application for macOS, Windows, and Android. It enables file transfers between devices on the same local network (Wi-Fi or LAN) without routing traffic through any external server.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use it at your own risk.
3. Free plan
The Free plan allows up to 3 file transfers per day. No payment is required for the Free plan. We reserve the right to change the limits of the Free plan at any time, with reasonable notice.
4. Pro license
GreySpace Pro is sold as a one-time, perpetual license. There is no subscription. One license covers one device (one installation). The license does not expire.
- License codes are non-transferable
- You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license code
- We reserve the right to revoke a license in cases of abuse or fraudulent purchase
5. Refund policy
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days with your order details. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request.
After 14 days, purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the withdrawal period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GreySpace to:
- Transfer illegal content of any kind
- Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the license validation system
- Redistribute or repackage the App without written permission
7. Intellectual property
GreySpace and its source code are proprietary. All rights are reserved. The name "GreySpace" and its logo are trademarks of the developer. You may not use them without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of GreySpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or this website.
